| The Infiniti Q45 has been playing second fiddle in the premium luxury field ever since its arrival. The current model is a fine car, but not exceptional when compared to other sedans costing more than $50,000. As you would expect, acceleration, handling, ride, room and comfort are all first class. Yet the Q45 fails to stir the soul. New styling touches, including new seats and new interior trim will help, perhaps. Meanwhile, Infiniti dealers can stress the excellent service history of the Q45 and take justifiable pride in the high scores they receive for customer service in independent surveys. Conclusion: An excellent but under-recognized car. If your brother-in-law owns the dealership, you can buy one and not be burdened by the idea that you could have done a lot better elsewhere. |
